Hi Bel,

We're looking forward to having you here with us. From Palenque its probably easiest to go to Merida (I think there is an ADO direct or perhaps its the O de E line). I'm pretty sure both those lines go into the main Bus station in Merida (on 70 x 68 I believe). From Merida you can get a combi or bus into Izamal. The combis load  up on Calle 65 near the main market and the Oriente/Centro bus station is a few blocks further east.. You can either get a cab from the bus station or walk. Its a good long walk, but if you don't have too much luggage, its doable.

You will arrive in Izamal at either the palacio or bus station (they are about 1/2 block from each other. You can easily walk (you can find directions on our web site) or take a calesa (horse-drawn carriage). A calesa should cost you about 20 pesos and they all know where we are as many of them do tours for us.

You can also write me at me personal email (arordame@gmail.com) if you have other questions or need further detail.

We look forward to meeting you on May 20th. I assume you'll stay through to June 12th?

Alfred
