What is your previous experience with Organic Agriculture and Sustainable Development?
I worked on an animal rescue center in Tambillo Ecuador, learning about local foods and animals. Also took an Global Environmental Change class looking at current global issues, focus on sustainability
What are your reasons for joining WWOOF Mexico?
Learning about sustainable living and agriculture, Getting to know Mexico better
What do you want the farms and fellow WWOOFers to know about you?
I speak spanish and enjoy practicing. I am well traveled. Very enthusiastic, hard working, curious! I have a taste for nature and want to learn more about it in such a beautiful setting as Mexico

My name is Bruno Giesemann. I run Finca Argovia, a certified organic , RA, and Bird Friendly farm in Tapachula Chiapas, close to the border with Guatemala, to the Tacana Volcano and the pacific ocean. We run a diversification program, with tropical flowers and foliages, coffee, fruit trees, some spices and tourism.

I read about that place and it sounds EXCITING! All of those different animals, right? DO let me know how it is. I haven't been to Oaxaca in ages. All I remember is ...Palenque...is that the one near Oaxaca? I can't remember. I think I saw wild monkeys there. It was cool. Some interesting details about ths site....DO make sure to let me kmow how it is...The place where I landed is paradise for me. :)

Sorry for the late reply, I don´t often check the WWOOF site. We aren´t taking volunteers until the fall, as we are offering permaculture design courses from July 10-22 and from July 31-August 12. There is still space in the courses if you are interested (you can find full information on our website, www.finca3mundos.org). Otherwise, you are welcome to volunteer with us in the fall.
