It could be lack of experience but I think it is because farms don´t communicate very well. For the last few years lack of responsiveness has been the number one complaint by wwoofers.

Hola Ray, Thanks for your interest in our farm. We have wwoofers for June and July. Those months are the rainy season for us so there will be mostly maintenance jobs rather than cultivation going on then. Would you check back if you are still interested? We sometimes have no-shows and then we can reserve the time for you. Best to you ...
