Hola Laurence! Yes we could very well use you both for the month of October. We will be starting to plant the gardens after the summer rainy season so there could be lots of garden work to do, and possibly worm composting bins to build. We also have a bakery with which we could use a lot of help. Would either of you be interested in the bakery aspect? Lots of kitchen work involved also with the bakery.
We are near Chapala, so you would need to take a bus from Mexico City to Guadaljara, and then from the old bus station (there's a new and an old bus station) take a bus to Chapala. We could probably pick you up there. But we would not be able to pick you up on a Sunday, Monday or Tuesday because of bakery work. It's important to have emergency travel medical insurance in Mexico. Do you have insurance? Looking forward to hearing back from you when we can fill you in further later this week.

If you are interested in Puerto Vallarta and surrounding areas, please apply as we are considering applications for couples from November to March for 2 month stays to work in the experimental gardens, bakery, market, and 20 acres of new land to start up.
Hola Laurence and Kat, Yes, we are starting the vegetable gardens. We ask for a 3 week minimum stay - how does that fit your plans? You can begin on the 27th. Please let us know directly. Our email is hwallycarlson @gmail.com

Hi Laurence,
I was waiting to see if we would have a project for you to work on but it didn't materialize. Thanks for volunteering.
