Hi, my name is Thea Appleton and I am writing to you regarding a volunteer experience on your farm. I have loved growing food for myself, composting (both traditionally and with worms), creating a sustainable infrastructure, harvesting and cooking, and look forward to doing so within a community on a larger scale. I am a elementary/art/Spanish teacher and outdoor educator by trade.
I am flying into Cancun on January 5th, and will be ready to travel to start working as soon as possible. I would like to work for a week or so, and then plan on moving on to other farms in the region, but I will be around for about 2 months, so if there are openings at any other time, I would be interested to know. Thank you so much for your time and I look forward to working with you. Sincerely,
Thea Appleton

Hi Josune, my name is Alejandra Rogel and I'd love to volunteer on your farm. I have some experience as a volunteer in organic farms, I'm an ethnologist and kundalini yoga instructor, I have participated in community projects and I'm going to start a project outside Mexico City but before I'm very interested in keep on learning from direct experience. My boyfriend is a wwoofer too, he will contact you on his own, we are both thinking on getting in Quintana Roo by the middle of February, we both speak spanish and english. Please let me know if you are interested in our help.
Thank you and the best for you in this 2009

Hola Josune,

My name is Caitie and I'm traveling with my friend Eric to Mexico in February. We're a couple of hardworking Canadians that are very interested in learning about sustainable living and we are hoping for a long stay to make a large contribution on a farm of interest. I have grown up eating fresh vegetables from my garden and try to get outside to be active for several hours of each day. It is very important to me to live a natural and healthy life and that is how I came to discover WWOOFing and it's endless possibilities. I was recently a caretaker for a 10 acre property on Hornby Island, British Columbia, where I spent many hours on building, garden, and trail maintenance. Now that my contract has ended I hope to learn more about sustainable living in order to create a peaceful and happy life for myself and all those I meet. If there are any availabilities on your farm in the month of february (or after) please let us know, for we are very interested!
Thanks,
Caitie and Eric

Hi,
We are going to travel in Mexico & Guatemala for six months. We are really interested in working in your organic farm like volunteers. We have some experience in solar oven, alternative energies, ecological technologies and organic gardening. We are so enthusiasm to learn and discover.
We have planed to be in Quintana Roo in March. We hope that it will be possible to come in your farm during this period (for 2-3 weeks).

Thank you for your answer.

Hola:

¡Gracias !

Emile y Marie Eve

Hola! I have a growing interest in an organic way of life and especially sustainable developments. I would really love to have the opportunity to learn more. I love to work with the earth and I want to show my son the right way to work in hopes that we can build that kind of life for ourselves one day. Would you be willing to have us? He is a very happy and social little boy and will be 1yr old. I intend to be there mid-late april to mid may. Muchos gracias.

Hello,
My name is Jeremy (28) and my girlfriend is Katie (23), we are
traveling through Mexico and interested in this opportunity.
We are from Oregon,USA and have limited expierence in oraganic
farming but are eager to learn and very hard workers.
We are both seasoned travelers but decided to buy a one way
ticket and travel for as long as we can manage so we will be
able to commit to long or short term projects. We are willing
and interested in working all types of labor, meeting new people,
and building knowledge about the environment that we can carry
on with us. We are currently in the Yuctan but will be making
our way all around Mexico and time is not an issue,
so a detour to your location would be exciting and appreciated.
I have some expierence landscaping and construction. Katie is
very experienced working with children and contributing in creative
team projects.
We look forward to your response.
Jeremy and Katie
