What do you want the farms and fellow WWOOFers to know about you?: I traveled to Mexico for the first time three years ago and fell in love with the culture, the land, and especially the people. I promised my friends that I made there that I would return. I learned just recently that many Mexicans' diets are very poor. I believe that sustainable settlements and permaculture are going to help Mexico return to their ancient agricultural history and restore them to health. The issue of sustainability has come to the forefront of my thoughts in recent years. I have lived in the United states nearly all of my life and am appalled by the disregard for the environment and the lifestyle of constant consumption.

We have room for you from now to the 15 of december. The projet have started last year so we heve a lot to do. We did not start with mushroom yet but, will. Now we are working in the area of animals, new menu in kitchen, new alimentation for chiken, construction of biodigestor, wood oven etc...
