Hi
My name is Bea, and I will be traveling through Mexico with my boyfriend from November onwards. We are very eager to learn more about ecological farming and living. 26 and 30 years old, we have been interested in and exploring these subjects over the past couple of years. We are now ready to enrich our interest with a greater amount of practical experience, combined with traveling and discovering other cultures.
We are enthusiastic workers and very motivated to assist you with your project(s). Please let us know if you have any availability for volunteers from November onwards.
Looking forward to your reply,
Bea

Hola Marie,

It has been a few weeks now since I have last contacted you. I will be in Mexico City this Monday where I will stay for a week or so. After that I wondered if you would like to take me on for 2weeks or so at your farm. I have various experiences I would love to share...and judging from your farm page It seems Bosque Village does too. Does early November sound too early?

Therefore, I would love to start my first WOOFF experience with you so I would love to know what you have to offer for the next few weeks. Hola amigos potenciales,

My name is Laura and I am currently studying in Cuernavaca for the semester. However I am done next month and plan on travelling around Mexico and am very interested in woofing on a farm. I am traveling with a friend, also named Laura. We study International Development at the University of Guelph with a major in Rural and Agricultural Development, in Guelph, Ontario, Canada and are very interesting in learning more about farming and sustainable living.
We are energetic, passionate and very enthusiastic girls who are ready to get our hands dirty after our semester of studying! Laura grew up on an organic beef farm so has a little more experience then me but we are both very willing to learn! We are planning on woofing from June 10th to June 24th, essentially two weeks.

Please let us know if you have any space for us to come experience what sounds like an amazing farming and living philosophy you are developing! We are very excited to contribute in any way possible!

Let me know what you think, hope to hear from you soon!
Les vaya bien!

Hola,

I (US-based Turkish, 25) and my girlfriend Caterina (Italian, 23) would like to join your farm as volunteers during the summer. We are friendly and hardworking people who are trying to see different parts of Mexico and improve our Spanish (I should say this: We are just lovely). Caterina had experience with WWOOF farms before and as a graduate student interested in sustainable agriculture I want to start learning about it on the ground. We would be handy for work on soil.
We are planning to do volunteer work either during 12-27 June or 4-21 July. We are actually in Mexico during whole summer so dates may be adjusted or prolonged, please let us know what suits you best.
Please check our WWOOF profiles: http://www.wwoofmexico.org/profile/AlperYagci and http://www.wwoofmexico.org/profile/CaterinaScaramelli.

Looking forward to hear from you.

Hello! My husband and I are urban farmers in New York (www.curbsidecroft.com) but we will be moving to Jalisco in the winter of 2011. We have almost 25 years of (combined) experience in horticulture, agriculture, permaculture, design and construction. We have particular interests in underground shelters and hope to incorporate this technique in our homestead in Jalisco. However, we were hoping to volunteer in the general area first to get to know the ecological farming community better. We have wwoofed in Ireland and Portugal and have always found it to be an incredibly valuable experience...

Let us know if we might help you sometime in Feb or March for 10 days to 2 weeks...Thanks for all the great work you are doing!

Hi Marie,

I forgot to ask, are there any (English) book titles you guys can recommend regarding: Mexican Native Plant ID/invasive species and weed ID ? At least for the non-jungle parts of the country? We have been scouring the net but seeing very few titles...Thanks! Emily

Hola me llamo Alan, tengo 25 años y soy mexicano. Estoy interesado en cooperar en su proyecto. Soy trabajador y siempre dispuesto a aprender.

Hello!

My wife and I are very interested in coming to visit your farm for a couple of weeks during the month of August.

We currently live in New York and over the past few years we have grown more and more inspired by the idea of working and living closer to nature, and growing and harvesting "real" food. We are determined to start building our own farm within the next year! So we decided to travel the world through WWOOF living and working on farms like yours. We have experience in the United States, Costa Rica, Israel, and just came back from Italy.

We would be thrilled to have the opportunity to come learn and work on your farm. We have a little boy named Ari who is 1 year and 4 months old. If you are in need of volunteers in August and think that we could be a good fit, please let us know! We are hard working, flexible, and energetic. We would be very honored and excited to spend time learning on your farm and contributing in any way we can!

We are available for 2 weeks from august 6th to august 19th.

Thank you very much for your time and looking forward to hearing from you soon!

Hola,
Mi nombre es Jazmine. Soy de Canada. I am learning Spanish right now on my own in preparation for my Mexico wooffing trip. I am planning to leave Canada in September and stay in Mexico for 6 months. I am looking for a safe farm to go first and stay for a bit while I get used to Mexico and speaking Spanish. I have a little experience in organic farming, I have lived in Radium BC for this past spring and summer learning how to cultivate, plant, and keep a large market garden and small greenhouse. Most of the produce we grew here was potatoes, carrots, garlic, and pumpkins. I am very energetic and fun loving person. I have been to Mexico many times since I was 6 years old and ever since then I have fallen in love with the country, the people and the land. I am on a soul searching journey to find my true self and my courage and independence.
If there is room for someone like me in January I would be pleased to hear back and I will continue working on my Espanola until then.
Thank you for your time,
Jazmine Rose

Antoine
