- What is your previous experience with Organic Agriculture and Sustainable Development?
- I've been working part time for the past 6 years on an organic farm in the Jezreel Valley in Israel. I am experienced in tractor driving, irrigation line layout, compost application, vegetable picking washing and packaging, operating farm machinery like mowers and trimmers, woodworking, welding and more.

- I'm a flexible and creative individual with skills in different fields. I am playful and very interactive and for the most part easy to get along with. I work as a freelance software and web designer. I am also experienced in construction having built a few music studios. I took part in a mud house construction project on the farm. I have a few years experience in auto mechanics. Overall I have much to offer. I'm always looking for a chance to visit new places, meet nice people and participate in interesting projects. Presently I'm working at Whitts End Rancho on the east cape of BCS Mexico.

Organic Farm Visual Manager
Here is a screenshot of a customized software product we developed for the farm I work at. It is designed to collect and manage information that accumulates on a daily basis. It uses a custom designed XML database. The visual farm map can display all historic planting actions for each bed and serves as a very powerful visual aid when planning the next season's crops.
Mud House
Here is an unusual photo of the mud house that was constructed on the farm. It took about 6 months to complete.
Music Studio Build
Here is an interesting slideshow. It documents the construction of a uniquely shaped music studio in Brooklyn NY. The studio was designed using Microstation CAD software. The construction took 3 weeks.

Hi Benzi, I read your profile and it sounds like you would be a great benefit to Whitt's End Rancho (and goat spa). When in March do you anticipate to arrive in Baja Sur and for how long? As you read in our farm description, we request a minimum of 1 month due to all the training and time the animals need to adjust to a new human in their lives. This is a very special place. We welcome good souls of the earth in hope growing and learning from one and other. I hope to hear from you again soon,
