I am a canadian-mexican citizen and I have many plans in doing organic farming and raising animals without growth hormones.
My family and I own about 35 hectares of beautiful land in the "Country of the Monark butterfly" in the regions of Irimbo, Aporo and Hidalgo in the state of Michoacan.I am just starting to plant trees, build cabins and buy animals, so I need plenty of help to get the farms going. The weather here is very nice. It is goes from 4 to 22 degress in winter and from 10 to 25 in the months of april and may. The rainy (june-september) season brings reshnes. I speak very fluently French, English and Spanish.
The farms are near town so woofers can go explore and have fun or take spanish courses.
I am building cabins, but in case of there no being room, there is plenty of camping ground with amazing views. There is much running water.
The main meal will be served around 2 or 3. It will be vegeterian and ocasionaly non-vegetarian. There will be a large variety of fruit and vegetables available for woofers at any time of the day. Eggs, bread, beans, milk, oatmeal, etc., will be given for breakfast.
I know that a well-nurished wwoofer is a happy and hard working wwoofer.

Hola Diego,
My name is April and traveling with my boyfriend Kelly. We would love to come and help with your farm.
We both have construction experience and I have built using adobe previously. We have WWOOFed in Mexico, America and Spain. I prefer the starting phase of building a farm rather then maintenance so I was excited to read about your farm.
We are currently in Uruapan, Michoacan and we will be travelling around the state for another week or two. If you contact us during this time, we can work with you for two weeks. We also have a tent with us.

Hola! Me llamo Arturo, soy puertorriqueño y estoy muy interesado en trabajar en la granja de ustedes. No tengo ninguna experiencia previa en cultivos organicos, sin embargo estoy muy interesado en aprender y hacer algo util con mi tiempo y mis energias. Sí he trabajado como voluntario (dos meses) en Tepanyehual (estado de Puebla) construyendo braceros ecosustentables. En Londres tambien hice trabajo comunitario. Pienso estar disponible para trabajar desde mediados de junio hasta principios de agosto.
Espero saber de ustedes pronto!

Sounds Great. Que Tal? In March para dos
semanas o dos meses, Mi Novia y yo estan muy interesados a visitar y
trabajar contigo. We love animals and have worked with pigs, sheep,
goats, chickens, cows, llamas, dogs and cats in the past. And I'm
very experienced with horses as I worked at a stables.
Trabajabamos Wwoof en Mexico, Espana, USA y Costa Rica en el pasado y
encantamos. Somos trabajadoras duros (hard workers), and while I am
very excited about sustainable farming, April is a wizard at fixing broken
things and creatively solving problemas.
Tengo 31 Anos, y April Tiene 30. Mi espanol esta bien pero "rusty," y ella
habla un poco. Somos de Nuevo Orleans.
We would love to come to Irimbo. We leave for Mexico Today, March 3, but we are happy to explore other parts of Mexico until we hear from you.

hello there,
my girlfriend and i are travelling mexico currenlty and are looking for a place to put down some roots for a while.
we both have experince as hard working wwoofers, having volunteered in spain, the states and england before, and we look forward to seeing how things are done in this part of the world.
our plans are very open so would be availabe to hep you out anytime between now and mid-may.

- Hola me llamo Paul, soy de Francia y estoy viajando por Mexico y Guatemala, me voy a viajar en Mexico del mes de Marzo a el de Mayo, me gustara pasear por su granjas y ayudar a usted. Ahora no tengo experiencia como wwoofer pero quiero aprender y conocer nuevas cosas, tengo grande motivacion y puedo quedarme de dos semanas a un mes. Gracias por su repuesta. Hasta luego.

hola amigo somos una pajera francesa viajando por 5 meses en Mexico. Hemos visto que necesitas ayuda para empiezar the farm. Queriamos venir en tu lugar para ayudar y conocer a ti. Actualmente somos en Mexico DF y vamos por guadalajara al fin de la semana proxima. Tal vez pudieramos venir por la fin del mes de febrero o au debut del mes de marzo.
Conocemos un poco de agricultura ( tenemos pollos y rabbits y un jardin biologico en francia)

Me and Beth are coming to beautiful mexico soon, would love to meet you guys and spend some time on your farm.
We've Wwoofed in Portugal and really enjoyed ourselfs. I would like to say were hard workers who want as much experience in as many aspects on the farm as possible. we're flying in to Mexico City and working our way up to Baja California with no solid plans so if you have space on your farm for one or two weeks between the 15th of feb and the first of april we love to come.
If you could let us know as soon as poss so we can make plans

Je m'appelle Raguini Dupont et je vis à Bruxelles (Belgique). Nous souhaitons découvrir en famille (mon mari, nos 2 enfants 14 et 15 ans et moi-même) le Mexique mais nous souhaiterions également faire du travail volontaire une petite dizaine de jours durant ce mois de vacances. C'est pourquoi je me permets de vous écrire, pour savoir si vous seriez intéressé d'accueillir notre famille durant le mois d'août 2010. Cette démarche a pour but de concientiser notre famille à la problématique de l'environnement et au développement durable. Si je vous ai choisis, c'est parce que vous parlez français et que pour nos enfants ce sera d'autant plus intéressant si il y a communication avec d'autres, leur anglais est scolaire. Je parle anglais et mon mari parle en plus l'espagnol, l'allemand et l'italien. Voilà nous sommes prêts à nous investir - même si c'est pour une une courte période - à apprendre et à... travailler.
