We invite you see our website www.kinafreedom.com and go to the page "Wwoofers and Couchsurfers" in "Living in Community" the page can be found on the left hand side of the main menu.

As a community of fresh beginnings this wooded 8 acres is being consciously designed for complete self sustainability. Our community is routed in consciousness living, meditation, honest heart-felt communication, living in harmony with the farm that feeds us each day.

We invite you to work a 4 1/2 hours a day beginning with a check-in each morning. This enables each individual to express what work he or she is capable of offering each day, (e.g. working alone, in a team, as a couple, digging, planting, chain sawing, building work). We feel it’s important that the WWOOFERS who work here are appreciated for their time and not taken advantage of. In return we respect and have an expectation around showing up committed and able to respond to the work process each day. Our check-in begins at 8am or 1.30pm most days, we ask you to be ready to work and we finish promptly. Honest workers with an understanding and an appreciation of our vision are vital to be a WWOOFER in our community. The duration of time spent living in our community will be an individual process. People will work their way in, and out, of our community as they find the experience either feeds or hinders their personal growth.

Accomodation is camping although we do have one spare tent that can be used for a few days stay. We ask you to supply your own camping equipment. WWOOFERS are welcome as long as they wish to live in a smoke, drug and alcohol free community, with some understanding or appreciation of meditation and living consciously with the land. At a bare minimum, individuals will have an open mind to our philosophy, experiencing it for the first time.

The cost is a minimum of 10 usd per day for food contribution.

Food is cooked with loving intention and we always use fresh ingredients where possible. Raw food is eaten often, mainly vegeterian, non dairy, with occasional fish and meat.
All cooked food is on our outside ornilla (stone grill). Individuals with a passion for cooking are welcomed, as part of their WWOOFING experience, to be part of the kitchen process, preparing the food we eat and how it's prepared with consciousness.

If your still interested in living in our community the website page found at www.kinafreedom.com in Living in Community, "Wwoofers and Couchsurfers" has all the details you may need to have an informed decision.

Hi,
My name is Anna and I would love to work at your farm and retreat center. I have WWOOFed before for a little under a month in Hawaii and I participated in a semester program in Vermont where I lived and worked on an organic farm. Also, Vipassana meditation has been part of my life for the past five years- I usually go to two week long retreats a year. I am passionate about farming, learning, working hard, and spirituality. I would love to volunteer on your farm for the month of May.
Looking forward to hearing back from you,
Anna Montgomery

Hi! I am interested in working on your farm. Currently I am on a farm in Nayarit and will be here until the 20th of September. Would your farm be available for this time?

Currently I am on a farm in Nayarit. It is the second Wwoof farm that I´ve worked on in Mexico.

I´m a hard worker and a happy optimistic. I love working outside and turning my energy into energy that helps other people.

I only have access to the internet on Saturdays and Sundays. If you are interested please send me a message or an email. My email address is sarshgirl@ou.edu.

Gracias!
Sarah

The community of consciousness sounds amazing! I will be in Mexico for an indefinite period of time beginning in mid-october when I attend the Yandara Yoga Institute's 26-day teacher training program. After which time I plan to travel through Mexico working on organic farms, enhancing my practice, and appreciation for the many gifts we can cultivate and share. I am very interested in working within the community in El Chorro in the mid to later part of November.
Namaste,
Natalie

Hello there! I love the sound of your community, ideals, and way of life, and I would love to be a part of it. If you have room for me, I would arrive in mid-October and stay until mid-December. I have my own tent, I'm a hard worker, and I'm eager to experience what your community is all about. Let me know if there's room for me.
