Hi,

I am a 24 year old, female hoping to find a farm that I can work on. I am currently in Mexico, and will be free to work starting in March. I have no other commitments so could potentially stay for as long as it works for both of us. I have worked on small sustainable farms for the past several years. At the last farm in North Carolina, I managed the CSA and the markets. I love to work hard, and am also hoping to learn about agriculture in Mexico.

Please let me know if you have openings!

Hola,

My name is Megan and I am traveling through Mexico, hoping to work on a few farms throughout the country. I`d love to begin working! Will you need the help of any WWOOFers in the next couple of months? I have volunteered at a local foods cafe and organic farm school, grow a garden of my own, have built a children´s garden-playplace and have advocated the use of organic fertilizers within my community. My Spanish is not fluent, but I am learning and am eager to practice as much as possible! I hope to hear back from you soon!

Muchas gracias,
Megan

Hey,
Me and Beth are coming to beautiful mexico soon, would love to meet you guys and spend some time on your farm.
We've Wwoofed in Portugal and really enjoyed ourselfs. I would like to say were hard workers who want as much experience in as many aspects on the farm as possible. we're flying in to Mexico City and working our way up to Baja California with no solid plans so if you have space on your farm for one or two weeks between the 15th of feb and the first of april we love to come.
If you could let us know as soon as poss so we can make plans
Thanks

Is this the Banco Vivo farm? We are currently living in San Miguel de Allende and are looking for a place nearby to work for the month of March. We have a motorhome and are completely self contained. Will work for a place to park. we have a lot of experience working on farms around the world. We have wwoofed in Spain, Scotland, Suisse, India and Thailand. We are experienced gardeners and are certified permaculturists. Thanks for your time.

Hola!

Me llamo Amy. I am doing some travelling during March and would love to
help out at your farm. I am 31 and am from the smallest state in the US, Rhode Island. I have always had an interest in organic agriculture. I have some experience with farming (with both plants and animals). Also, I have a degreee in Environmental Science and Management so I am very knowledgable about sustainable practices. In the past, I was an environmental educator for 5 years.

I am a very hard-worker and very adaptable. I am also a quick learner. My spanish is fairly good. I believe that organic farming is such an important piece in our struggle towards a more sustainable world. I would love to have the chance to volunteer at your farm to help make this happen!

Please contact me to let me know if you will be needing someone during March. I look forward to hearing from you.

Muchas Gracias!

Bridget Catherine Frank Comment by Bridget Catherine Frank on December 21, 2009 at 12:33am
Hello there,

Our names are Bridget and Bonnie Frank, we are two sisters from Ontario
Canada who are very interested in wwoofing for you this new year.

Bonnie,21 spent the last seven months woofing at Golden Ears Farm just
outside of Camloops B.C. She helped establish the garden and greenhouse,as
well as helping with large crop care which was repetitive and involved heavy
lifting. She was an integral part of the growing, preparing and selling
fruits, vegetables and herbs for the market. Bonnie had the daily
responsibility of the caretaking of animals including, chickens, pigs,
peacocks, cats, and dogs. Also she assisted with the construction of the new
yoga and art studio from ground up. Bonnie also learned how to cook for 25
people and prepare for new wwoofers.

Bridget, 25 just completed her studies at University and was inspired by
Bonnie's experiences from the last year and is therefore eager to Wwoof as
well. Bridget hikes and camps on the escarpment regularly throughout the
summers. She has been working full-time as a waitress for the last seven
years and looks forward working with the earth.

We have grown up in a family of 6 with a close large extended family,45
cousins in total, this provides us with the skill of adapting and
compromising with others easily and happily. We love kids.

Bonnie and I are hoping one day to start a community based organic farm, so
we will take our education and work on your farm with genuine enthusiasm,
and an honest commitment.
We will be in Central America from January 15 till May 15, if you need us
during any of that time we will be happy to be there.

Please contact us as soon as possible as we will be awaiting your response,
Thanks,
Bridget and Bonnie Frank
