We are located 19 km north of Playa del Carmen (15-20 minutes by car or bus), 7 km south of Puerto Morelos (5-10 minutes by car or bus), and 37 km south of Cancun International Airport, (30 minutes by bus). There is bus transportation to and from Cancun, Puerto Morelos or Playa del Carmen on the main highway, 5am-11pm every day, even Sundays. The waiting time is 15-20 minutes.
The farm is about 1 km west of the main highway. It is located within the jungle and has a friendly, rustic ambiance. We started our project in 2009. We grow organic vegetables and are in the process of planting fruit trees. We raise birds, chickens, geese, turkeys and fish. We also have some very nice and friendly dogs that we have rescued from the street and from ex-owners’ abuse. We find homes for them after they have been spayed and neutered. Very often we see wild monkeys in the trees. We have a small cabaña with all the basic services that we are willing to share. We can provide vegetables from our own organic garden and delicious organic eggs for the Woofers to cook themselves on the stove in the cabaña. We also offer some areas where a tent can be used for camping. We have a bicycle available, if desired.
We do not have electricity or a refrigerator, but we have a generator that we use every evening for 4 to 5 hours. This will allow iPods, cell phones or other items to be recharged as needed. We also use the generator to pump water from a cenote (underground river) on the property that we use for showering and watering plants. We have very clean and ecological (organic compost) toilets and showers.We provide purified water for drinking. Cell phone reception is very good.

Hi, we are wondering if you accept adults with children? We are planning to come to Mexico end of November with our children, aged 11, 8 and 4. me and my boyfriend are very interested by your farm! We come from France, we speak english and a little beat spanish. My boyfriend has 35 years old and me 29. we are Elisa, Erica and Lorenzo. We are going to travel togheter through Mexico and we are very interested in this opportunity. We are from Italy and have limited expierence in organic farming (Erica and I are graduate in Industrial Design, Lorenzo is a craftsman) but we are ready to learn and very good workers and, last but not least, we are happy people. ;)We are interested in working all types of labor and meeting new people, and we are getting to know Mexico culture! We think we arrive at Cancùn in 6th dicember and we think we will stay 2-3 weeks in your farm... We hope will work with you and enjoy togheter! :DWe look forward to your response.

somos Elisa, Erica y Lorenzo. Queremos ir juntos en México y somos interesados en esta oportunidad de woofing. Somos italianos y tenemos un experiencia limitada en haciendas organicas (Erica y yo somos licenciadas en Diseño Industial y Lorenzo sabe hacer de todo) pero somos listos, queremos aprender y claro buenisimos trabajadores. Además somos personas felices y alegre. ;) Tenemos interés en todos los trabajos, en conocer nueva gente y sobretodo la que por nosotros es una cultura nueva y increíblemente interesante! Pensamos llegar a Cancun el 6 de enero y quedar por dos o tres semanas en la vuestra hacienda... esperamos trabajar juntos con vosotros y pasar buenos ratos. :D

Hola mi nombre es miguel y en octubre regresare' a Mexico donde he pasado parte de mi vida en mis ultimos anos...ya he tenido experienca en WWOOF y tambien en helpx.net que es casi lo mismo.Tengo experienca trabajando con la tierra y animales tambien...esperando una respuesta les mando buena onda y ojala' nos vemos pronto...

Mi nombre es Paulo, tengo 20 años, y quiero saber si sería posible ir a trabajar con ustedes.
Soy chileno, y ya llevo unos meses viajando por México. Hoy por hoy me encuentro viviendo en Mérida, pero tengo ganas de migrar a Quintana Roo y colaborar como voluntario en una granja orgánica, a fin de aprender, conocer y de paso, ser útil :)
No tengo experiencia en granjas orgánicas, pero estuve ayudando en un campo en Morelia, y ofrezco mis brazos para trabajar en lo que se requiera. Mi interés es, si les parece, estar allí de dos a tres semanas. Tengo hasta el 21 de octubre, fecha en la cual deberé de regresar al centro del país.

My name is Guillaume, I'm 23 years old and I am from France. Myself and a friend will be traveling through Mexico between the end of November and next June. This will be our first time traveling in Mexico. We are very interested in spending these 6 months helping in organic farms, like yours, by giving a hand for anything you need.
It will be our first time on organic farms, but we have limited experience, mostly with fruit picking and vineyards in Canada and France. We are excited to discover a new way of agriculture in centrale america.We are hard workers with patience to learn everythings your project can bring to us and we will bring with us all our motivation to help you.
We both have studied in ecology, environement protection and sustainable development but never had an occasion to put in practice what we have learned.We are also interested in discovering different cultures from the inside.That's why we want to start wwoofing around the world.
We are still in Canada and work to accomplish our projects, we are also trying to collect some seeds where we work to share with the farms we will visit.
We don't have any calendar yet, all we know is that we will arrive in Cancun and start from there. Please let me know if you have room for two people between the end of November and June and we will be able to choose a date together and how long we will share our experiences.
