Approximately 4 acres set up for garden, crops and fruit/nut trees, plus additional area of about 20 acres with existing Coconut, Tamarind and Mango trees for cultivation.
-conditions - coastal low forest that was slashed and burned at turn of 20th century and cultivated with Coconut Palms, Tamarind and Mango added in the last 20-30 years. Permaculture work involves restoration of significant portion of land including planting of over 10,000 native and other trees.

You will have plenty of time to relax and enjoy the benefits of living on the beach in Mexico but if you are coming to be a beach bum, this is not for you.
