I am writing to mention the excellent work Abby Fox contributed here at Divertigranja in Oaxaca.
She helped haul ten pick-up loads of cow manure and double-dug a huge area which we (other wwoffers, not me) have now planted with radish, carrot, lettuce, corn, sunflowers, beans, and cilantro. Tomatos and chili are soon to follow. She also contributed her artistic talent constructing art sculptures (out of re-used matarials), painted them beautifully, and then planted them all over the farm.
Her contribution has made Divertigranja even more beautiful!! Thanks Abby!! And good luck in your journey southward.

I am writing to mention the great help by Jay Plasman at Divertigranja, Oaxaca. Among other things, Jay dug a 200 meter trench for our irrigation system, making it sooo much easier to water all the new plants and trees. Jay also contributed his friendly personality and translated a few of his trademark jokes into Spanish so we all could laugh together. Thanks Kushmaker!!! And good luck in your new international service program.
